At the time of your call, you can “lock in” your price and mail us a check within 24 hours. Upon receipt of your cashier’s check or money order, we will process your order and ship it via registered insured mail or UPS.

Ordering online is an easy way to purchase your Phoenix Bullion. You may order anytime 24/7 using our Treasure Shop Cart. At the time of your order, you cannot “lock in” your price. Once we receive your order, we will lock in your price as soon as we can put the order through during business hours. You will be contacted with your 'Locked In' price and order total. Upon receipt of your cashier’s check or money order, we will process your order and ship it via registered insured mail or UPS.
Payments Accepted
Credit cards or credit card based checks cannot be accepted for payment
for a bullion order. Payment can be made by cashiers check, certified
check or money order. Wire transfer and direct walk in deposit to our
bank can also be accepted. We also accept MoneyBookers.
Shipment
Shipping is $.08/oz on orders within the continental US + $5 handling. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada are assessed a shipment cost of $.22 per ounce of silver bullion+ $5 handling.

Packaging
The 1 Troy ounce .999 Phoenix Bullion Silver bars come packaged in plastic
sleeves containing 10 bars each. Disks are packed in plastic tubes with
a lid and 10 oz bars are backed in individual plastic containers. 100
oz bars are bublle wrapped or packed in a cardboard container if available
at the time of your order.
Shipping to Canada
Precious Metals that are .999 fine shipped to Canada are not subject
to Duty or NAFTA fees. Shipments sometimes get delayed in Customs and
GST reimbursement is sometimes necessary. Please login to our Support
