01. Silver Overview:
Phoenix Silver comes in various forms including:

Digital Silver:
Digital Phoenix Silver is held in secure vaults on your behalf in the form
of Phoenix 100 oz bullion bars .999 fine. Your Silver Holding can be managed
online through software we provide for you.
02. Site Templates
Most of the features found on the Phoenix Dollar website are customizable. You can edit each feature and turn on and off many features as needed. Once you are happy with a feature configuration you can name and save the template. You can have multiple templates and change your site view to them as needed from the template manager.
03. Purchasing Silver:
You can purchase Phoenix Silver Bullion direct from this website or use any
of our approved retail dealers around the world. Digital silver may also be
purchased from any approved third party exchanger who specializes in exchange
services and whom appears in our approved exchangers list
04. Redeeming Silver:
You can redeem your digital silver for 100 oz silver bullion bars by requesting
a redemption from inside your Phoenix Holding. Redeems can be made in increments
as small as 100 silver ounces and generally take 3 business days or less to
process and ship.
05. Holdings Security
There are many enhanced security features that you can enable and use on
the Phoenix Dollar website. You can add your logo to your spend page so people
know they are psending silver to the right person. You can limit access by
ip and browser type, add your PGP KEY for encrypted communications and configure
what kind of notifications you would like to receive all from the 'Edit Features'
page. Communications from Phoenix Dollar to you is a customizable feature.
You can set the site to email you notifications for Holding access attempts,
spends made, spends received, password changes and news. Everything that can
be done from the site via email can also be done by an instant messenger such
as ICQ, MSN Messenger, and AOL IM using our SMS notification feature. You
may also configure custom precious metals charts and have our system notify
you on price changes.
06. Phoenix Groups
The Phoenix Groups Feature is more than just a site feature. This is a complete
design and programming philosophy that we have created to build our entire
site and software suite from the ground up. Everything associated with a Holding
is a Group. Every feature, fee and Holding is a part of at least the default
Group. Once you are a member you can join groups to gain more features, more
benefits and interact with more members in various ways. Groups can be public,
private or public with a referral code attached to them. Groups can be customized
for a specific company so you may join a group based on being a client of
another company. There are groups for charities, groups for founding members
and groups for private organizations. All groups can be created and given
a custom feature set, custom group templates, customized community forums
both public and private and even a customized fee schedule. Groups can be
CO-branded for companies who use this feature. In other words, everything
in the Phoenix Holdings Area is part of a Group and participating in one of
more Phoenix Groups will open up a whole new world and experience to you as
a Phoenix Member.
07. SafeLock®
Your silver can be secured by setting up a SafeLock® for the amount you
wish to protect. A SafeLock® is like a digital safe with a time lock;
no one can access the protected silver until the timer runs out, not even
you! Your silver will be placed in a special administrative Holding, untouchable
by anyone. You can set a lock timer by the minute, hour, day, and year. Once
the silver is in the SafeLock, it will show in your SafeLock balance until
the timer expires.
This feature is useful for securing silver overnight, or while you go on
vacation. Silver held in a SafeLock® is guaranteed safe from hackers and
criminals who might attempt to gain access to your account while you are away
or through a phishing attempt. You may also use this feature to help you save
silver over periods of time of your choosing.
08. Reputation Points
You can collect Reputation Points from other Phoenix Dollar Holders who leave
feedback for you. We use a 5-star system; each star represents the level of
your positive feedback. This feature helps you build a strong reputation with
the public.
(NOTE: Holdings with Reputation points cannot be sold to other clients with
the reputation points attached. Once the ownership of the Holding changes
hands, the Holding will lose all of its existing reputation points and feedback
and start from zero again.)
09. Referral Program
The Referral Program will generate link code for you to place on your website(s).
Anyone clicking your links, signing up for a new Holding, and verifying their
identity will generate for you 1 referral credit. Once you accumulate 10 referral
credits, one ounce of digital silver will be added to your Holding.
You will also receive 10% of all your referrals' fees, for as long as both the referrer and the you are members.
(NOTE: You must have a minimum of 10 verified referrals to receive silver to
your Holding. In order to receive silver from your referrals your Silver Holding
itself must be verified. We do this in order to keep people from signing up
multiple Holdings to defraud our system.)
10. Sub-Accounts
If you have multiple businesses and would like to use one Holding for all
of them, you may add names, logos, and addresses via the Sub-Holding Manager
feature. Your clients will not be able to view data from your other companies,
and you won't have to manage multiple Holdings.
